STRIVE Trainer Certification

Vision Resourcing Group's Train-The-Trainer programs afford the sponsoring organization the benefit of having an internal resource available instead of having VRG provide the training, thus saving money and time for those in need. The STRIVE Career Essentials Workshop Trainer Certificate prepares the internal resource to be able to conduct the training workshop on a regular or as-needed basis.

In addition to the one-on-one individual training/coaching on working with high schools and college students, the certificate offering includes the license to print/use all of the workshop materials, including the student workbook, copies of the slides, instructor notes, and all other peripheral handouts. In order to ensure the trainee is ready to conduct the workshop, the instructor will attend, evaluate, and debrief the instructor trainee at their first solo workshop. Finally, the certificate also includes lifetime access to the instructor for questions and additional counseling. 

Career Transition Train-The-Trainer Workshop *includes: 

• 5-Hour one-on-one online training
• Career Direct Assessment and Debrief
• License to print and use the STRIVE workbook, slide copies, instructor notes
• Updates to materials as they become available
• Coach attendance to initial solo workshop, evaluation, debrief
• Access to the instructor/coach for questions/counsel for life
