Carrie Hayashida
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Carrie brings a wealth of experience in project management, marketing, public relations, networking, and NPO fundraising. She has achieved certifications as a Career Direct Consultant, Six Sigma process improvement specialist, and program manager. Her proactive approach and strategic foresight have led to securing successful grants and streamlining budgets through keen identification of program and operational needs.
Dick Edic
Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board
Dick is a highly qualified Advanced Certified Stewardship Executive (A.C.S.E.) affiliated with the Christian Stewardship Association, which is the stewardship division of the National Association of Evangelicals. He has a decade of experience running his own financial planning practice, and also spent ten years working in the campus ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. Furthermore, he previously held the position of Assistant to the President, Ministry Partner Services, at the Baptist General Conference, where he served churches in the southwest region of the United States.
Jim Sullivan
Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
In 2008, Jim departed from Crown Ministries to co-found Vision Resourcing Group (VRG) and spearhead the development of vocational resources, such as Career Direct Assessments, Individual Career Coaching, Career Transitional Workshops, and STRIVE Career Essential workshops. Jim currently serves as a Senior Career Direct Consultant, Master Trainer, and National Network Leader.
Neile Peschel Simon
Secretary
Neile Peschel Simon is a graduate of The University of California Irvine, with over 15 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, accounting, and business development. Her tenure at Christian Credit Counselors, which began in 2013, has been marked by the establishment of pivotal partnerships aimed at empowering individuals to attain financial freedom and improve their quality of life.
Dr. Stan DeKoven
Board Member
Dr. DeKoven is the President of Vision International Educational Services (VIEN) and oversees the Vision International Education Network, College, and University. This distance-learning ministry caters to over 100,000 correspondence students and multiple "Resource Centers" worldwide. Stan serves on the VRG Board of Directors and also spearheads VIEN's collaborative efforts with VRG.
Ron Feher
Strive Team Leader
Ron has over 35 years of business experience and over 18 years of career coaching experience. In 2013 he started WhiteRock Business Solutions to help make businesses better by making their people better. Ron holds an MBA in Technology Management, certifications in project and international management. He is a certified Behavior, Motivation, and Acumen Analyst with TTI Success Insights™, and a certified analyst/Career Direct® consultant with Crown Ministries and their Career Direct assessments.
Dr. George Runyan
Board Member
For 63 years, George has dedicated himself to the Gospel ministry. In 1999, he made the transition from leading a local church to answering a spiritual calling to serve in a Regional City Church Ministry, focusing on uniting pastors to spread the message of Christ. It was during this time that George crossed paths with Dick Edic (Vision Resourcing Group co-founder) and became involved with VRG's vision to support pastors and churches in achieving their goals. Currently, George serves as a VRG board member and board regents’ member for Vision International University alongside Dr. Stan DeKoven. In addition to his ministry work, George is a Radio Broadcaster and published Author.
Doug McClure
Information Technologies (IT) Manager
Doug McClure serves as the IT Manager at VRG and also holds the position of CEO at By Pass Engineering, Inc., an independent Web/Marcom business development agency established since 1990. With extensive experience as a web architect, media designer, and marketing professional, Doug has been collaborating with VRG since 2010, focusing on producing and managing business-critical content, media design, and providing multifaceted marketing support.
